The best part is the state is hiring for all kinds of positions like maintenance section supervisors, equipment operators, general transportation technicians, roadway technicians, maintenance crew chiefs, transportation-specialist, and more. The Texas Department of Transportation is a great place to work because they provide everything an employee needs to help them grow as they work their way up the ladder.
