
H-E-B Issued Voluntary Recall for Ground Pork Products
Out of an abundance of caution, H-E-B has issued a voluntary recall of fresh H-E-B ground pork products. The cause of the recall is due to the possibility of a foreign material in the product, according to a press release.
Here is a list of the impacted items.
HEB Ground Pork with the item code 140541 with a freeze-by date of 3/31/26

HEB Mild Italian Pork Sausage with item code 145625 with a freeze-by date of 4/3/26

The impacted products have already been removed from stock. However, they were sold at H-E-B , including two locations in Victoria, and other stores across Texas, including Central Market, Joe V’s Smart Shop, and Mi Tienda.
Currently, there have not been any reports of incidents related to this precautionary recall. What is currently on shelves is not affected by this recall.
