Florida Georgia Line - Shay's Spotlight Artist of the Week

Florida Georgia Line is a duo made up of Brian Kelley and Tyler Hubbard. Brian is from Florida and Tyler from, you guessed it, Georgia. They met while in college and now are one of the hottest bands in country music. The two met while attending Belmont University in Nashville; both playing guitar since high school and loving music, they became fast friends.

Brian just recently married Brittney Marie Cole in a secret wedding on his property in Nashville. Tyler has a girlfriend but is still single, as far as we know.

As for music, could these guys be the next Brooks & Dunn? They are already being compared to them stats wise. They are the only group since B&D to have their first 3 singles go #1 and stay there multiple weeks. They've sold more than 10 million singles off of their debut album Here's to the Good Times.

The guys latest single 'Dirt' is the first single off of their upcoming sophomore album, Anything Goes, due out in October.
