Wylie Christian Church Market Days Returns Saturday, July 10th

The Wylie Christian Church (WCC) at 6250 Buffalo Gap Rd, and the Disciples of Christ church group are back with their monthly "Market Days" and flea-market Saturday, July 10th from 8 am until 3 pm. The WCC Disciples member Pastor Roni Stanton says they plan on keeping to their schedule with their event.

I have attended many different types of community garage sales, flea markets, crafts fairs, and sales events of all types, and most are fun and have a lot to offer. However, I love the Wylie Christian Church Market Days event because they really do offer just about everything under the sun and it's fun too.

The fact that ALL the money raised at "Market Days" will benefit so many different charities in our community and events the church children participate in, and makes it a worthwhile event to attend.

This event is described by its organizer Pastor Roni as "an arts and crafts fair meets a good ole fashioned flea-market church fundraiser." The church is planning to return with Market Days on the second Saturday of every month from 8 am till 3 pm and continue once a month through the end of the year.

Booth space inside the gym is limited however, Pastor Roni said "we have plenty of space available on their parking lot and in the event of rain Stanton says "we will take all vendors and make room for them inside the church in the dining room area." Booth space is available on a first-come-first-served basis. So, get your spot reserved early by contacting Pastor Roni at (325)-691-0400.

Donations are still being accepted at the church. WCC Market Days benefits church youth activities, Wylie Christian Church Outreach Programs, the Noah Project, and the Salvation Army.

Finally, now that the pandemic restrictions have been loosened, the church asks if everyone can abide by CDC guidelines like social guidelines when possible.
