There are so many great TV shows I remember from my childhood. I would love to see some of those remade with the same concept and humor just updated a bit. I've narrowed down my list to these few shows.
Troubadour, TX is a new made for TV documentary series that premiered this past weekend. The documentary hosted by country artist Stacy Dean Campbell, follows over a dozen singers, including some well known Texas performers like Stephanie Urbina Jones and Rick Trevino. The one-hour, episodes will air on the CW network in most markets. Twenty two episodes are currently in production for season one
Fear No Evil, a new show that is on the Outdoor Channel debuted in April and goes into full swing the fall season. Chris Brackett the star of the show Fear No Evil with executive producer Zac Brown (The Zac Brown Band) says "Chris is the man, his passion for hunting and die-hard commitment is what drew me to the show."
The Academy of Country Music Honors is a musical evening paying tribute with performances and special presentations celebrating the non-televised portion of the 46th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards Show, held in April of this year. This is the 5th Annual ACM Honors show and a lot of country’s finest will join host Joe Nichols Monday, Sept. 19 at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville.

Chord Overstreet is Glee-less. It's true, pinch yourself the unthinkable happened, Chord aka Sam on Glee is not coming back next season. Chord Overstreet, 22, and the son of Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame inductee Paul Overstreet, was on the musical cast of Glee last year he played a transfer student.
Granted America has some of the best TV ads, especially around super-bowl time but I think that sometimes the Australians have an awesome sense of humor. Check this out and you tell me.
