After the August tragic stage collapse, Sugarland is returning to Indiana for the first time since the August 13. The duo will put on a free concert at Conseco Field-house in Indianapolis. Sugarland announced that anyone who has, or had a ticket to that show when the stage crumbled, will be admitted free to the October 28th concert. State Fair ticket holders will be allowed to get their free tickets starting this Monday, October 10 through Friday, October 14. Anyone who held a ticket to the State Fair concert can redeem it for a pass to the new show however it's on a first-come, first-served basis.

On Friday, October 15, tickets will go on sale to the general public for the make good show. Any information concerning, what constitutes proof of purchase for State Fair ticket holders will be posted on the groups own SugarlandMusic.com web-site. Sugarland was scheduled to perform at the Indiana State Fair the night of August 13. Minutes before the band was to take the stage high winds caused the upper canopy to start swaying and then the entire stage structure canopy and all collapsed. Seven people were killed and dozens others were injured in the mishap.
