Jesse Pottebaum the Zoo's Executive Director says "the zoo store and concessions will be open during Rock and Roar and I highly recommend bringing your blankets and lawn chairs for this outdoor concert at the Zoo." Furthermore, come hungry and thirsty because BBQ and frosty cold adult beverages will be available.

Rock and Roar is an open air event that allows for social distancing and is done near the Nelson Park lake allowing for a beautiful memory making sunset. So gather the kids or make it a special date night at the Abilene Zoo for some music, food and fun.
