Merle Haggard and Randy Rogers Band to Co-Headline ‘Outlaws & Legends Music Fest’ March 22 and 23 [UPDATED]

Many have wondered if it would even be possible to match the star power of the 2nd Annual 'Outlaws & Legends Music Fest' this past March. With the announcement of country legend Merle Haggard and the Randy Rogers Band to an already stacked lineup for the 2013 show, it's safe to say that the self-proclaimed "biggest 1-day, 1-stage event in Texas" just got bigger. This year's event will benefit the Ben Richey Boy's Ranch.
