Get ready for delicious food and live Texas and Red Dirt music at Betty Rose’s Little Brisket Concert Series! Saddle up and head on over to Betty Rose’s Little Brisket (39354 Catclaw Drive in Abilene) for homestyle fare with a twist and great music every Wednesday night until September 29.

You won’t want to miss Jarrod Morris at Betty Rose’s Little Brisket on September 22 at 8:00 PM. A Texas Panhandle native, Morris’s distinctly country is informed by both his characteristic gritty vocals and contemplative songwriting. His songs reflect a colorful and exciting life, sprinkled in with word paintings that invoke lonesome Western landscapes. You can listen to his very first release from 2018, the outlaw-inspired ‘Red Bandana’, above.

Morris’ latest release is ‘I Didn’t Think About Rain’ (below), which showcases the deeper and more profound side of his lyrics.

Seth Ward kicks off the show at 7:00 PM.

Admission to the Summer Concert Series is free, so come early to secure your seat and bring your lawn chairs.
