Ben is the for­mer Tight end from the Super Bowl Cham­pion Indi­anapo­lis Colts. He's not only a great athlete, but he's also the fea­tur­ed vocal­ist for the first of the Philharmonics Pops series. The Oscars will be presented on Sunday, February 24th but on Saturday, the 23rd you can make your way to he Abilene Civic Center for "Lights,Camera...the Oscars" presented by the Abilene Philharmonic. They will be accompanying guest artists Michele Ragusa and Sean MacGlaughlin.

The Abilene Philharmonic Hol­i­day Home Tour is this Saturday, Novem­ber 10th. This  tour takes you through some very beau­ti­ful homes that have been fes­tively dec­o­rated for holiday season. The homes are in the Steam­boat Moun­tain Estates area, just south of Abi­lene. Tour attendees will get to enjoy festive holiday Phil­har­monic music and everyone is invited to cel­e­brate the 62nd holiday

The Church of Heavenly Rest in Abilene and the Abilene Philharmonic present "The Nocturne Project" a concert series which began last year. The series of chamber concerts will feature the tremendous talent found on the orchestras stage without the need for a conductor. The first event is a concert by the Abilene Philharmonic that is not included in the season ticket package of Philharmonic ticket holders.  It is a Cabaret Night Benefit concert at the Paramount.
