Video of Mother in Cuba Forcing 3 Year-Old Toddler to Get a Tattoo is Very Disturbing

Sometimes, people do things so insane and stupid, that striking them from existence would be too nice.  Take this mother in Cuba, who forced her little 3 year-old child to get a tattoo. 

In the video, a mother holds her little child down as a tattoo artist drills some ink on him.  According to Gawker, the tattoo was reportedly done in Havana Cuba, and is the mark of the beast - 666.  The tat could have been the little engine that could for all I care - that's beyond jacked up!

I can't even begin to tell you how mad I was when I saw this video.

In my opinion, I think this is a form of child abuse and the lady should be punished to the fullest extent of the law. What are your thoughts on this disturbing video?
