The Annual Stamford Memorial Hospital Health Fair is October 25th, 2012
The annual Stamford Memorial Hospital Health Fair will take place this Thursday, October 25th. Don't miss out on a lot of free health screenings, a flu shot clinic, medical vendors, drug reps, and the food bank will all be on hand accepting applications and assisting those that are in need. Remember this event is free.
If you do anything this coming Thursday, make sure you stop by the Stamford Memorial Hospital Health Fair from 2:30 till 4:30 pm. and bring your pictured I.D. Create and Purchasing Manager for the Stamford Memorial Hospital (SMH) Amanda Martinez says "We will be offering almost everything we do here at the hospital as well as health screenings, 'PSA testing' (for men over 45 years old), Cholesterol screening (rain-checks will be given on this, since one must have fasted prior to testing), blood pressure, blood sugar and so much more. If you're bringing your children, remember to bring the child's shot records, and any other pertinent medical records. Vaccinations will be offered since the Health Department, offices out of the SMH.

All Screenings are free. Flu shots are free to all Medicare and Medicaid patients all others pay $20. The is an adjusted rate for non-insured who want the Flu shot.
