Texas Most Wanted: Up to $7,500 Reward for Lubbock Suspect
Kendrick Kevon Taylor, also known as “Skrilla”, has been added to the Texas Department of Public Safety’s (DPS) Texas 10-Most Wanted Fugitives list after the fatal shooting of an 18-year-old in Lubbock last month. Texas Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward of up to $7,500 for information that leads to his arrest.

What authorities say, wanted in Lubbock, Texas
Taylor, 23, has been wanted out of Lubbock County since Aug. 23, 2025, in connection with a shooting that occurred in mid-August; the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles issued an additional warrant for a parole violation on Aug. 26, 2025. At the time of the shooting, authorities say he was on parole from a prior aggravated robbery conviction.
Description and Danger Warning
Taylor is described in the DPS posting as about 5'8" and 155 pounds, using aliases including “Skrilla.” He reportedly has tattoos on his face, neck and chest and scars on his abdomen and right leg. Law enforcement warns that he should be considered armed and dangerous and that the public should not attempt to make contact or make an arrest.
