From the third coast Nash-Vegas Tennessee Average Joe's Entertainment Record Company just released the early details on their latest signings and one of those is Texas Music King Kevin Fowler.

Fowler is not alone in striking up a new record deal. Kevin Fowler and Rich O'Toole were both signed to the Average Joe's Entertainment roster!
