The 3rd annual American Cancer Society (ACS) 'Bark for Life' is making a drastic change and in my opinion it's for the better. In the past 'Bark for Life' was a 'Relay'. This year it's an 'Event', instead of seeing who finishes first there will be look-a-like, talent and other contests. The other good news is the entry fee dropped drastically check it out.
Relay for Life is coming up April 24th but teams are being formed right now to help raise money for the American Cancer Society. I have formed my team, The Paper M'Shay's, and you can help by joining my team or by making a donation to my team.

I mentioned a week or so back that I was doing Relay for Life for the first time this year. The company put together a team in my honor this year and I have to say it was an amazing event. You don't realize how cancer touches everyone in some way until you go to an event such as Relay.
Well I've never participated in a Relay for Life event but I know they are spectacular and the money raised is absolutely a great cause. The more money raised the more lives are saved. I have a special reason for participating this year as I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer.
Bo Green, Abilene Christian Universities mathematics professor begun his battle against cancer on the very day he retired from ACU. The day professor Bo started his chemotherapy in Houston, he met 19 year old Samantha also from Abilene.
