In partnership with Opry Entertainment Group, a new country music and lifestyle television network called Circle will launch beginning Jan. 1, 2020. The programming, which boasts a roaster of 16 original shows, will offer country fans a look into the lives and careers of their favorite artists.

Many of the newly-announced television series will showcase country stars in a new context. Craig Morgan will be at the center of a new show called Craig's World, which will follow him and his family as they pursue their careers and navigate personal and professional struggles and successes.

Elsewhere on the network, Elizabeth Cook will host a new interview show called Upstream that invites country stars such as Cam and Shooter Jennings out for fishing and conversation. Opry Debut, a collection of mini-documentaries, follows artists like Tenille Townes, Riley Green, Ashley McBryde and Travis Denning as they make their Opry debuts. Another show, Fandom, focuses on the relationship between listener and artist, delivering perspectives from some of the biggest fans of Eric Church, Zac Brown and more.

As well as premiering new shows, Circle will revive some old favorites. Each week, the network will broadcast live Grand Ole Opry performances. They're also bringing back Hee Haw, the beloved country music and sketch show that aired 1971-1993 and 1996-1997. Hee Haw was helmed by hosts Buck Owens and Roy Clark, and featured a series of household name musical guests such as Willie Nelson, Merle Haggard and Dolly Parton.

"We are excited to launch the network with a fantastic slate of new, original programming that is true to Circle's core mission," says Circle Media general manager Drew Reifenberger in a press release. "These 16 shows are just the start of how we intend to bring fans closer to the artists they love, with more than a dozen additional shows in various stages of production and development."

The new network will be available via two major distribution partnerships: Gray Television and CBS Television Stations. Between the two, Circle will be available across 56 markets throughout the U.S., as well New York, L.A., Philadelphia, Dallas-Ft. Worth, Tampa and Detroit. For more details, visit Circle's website.
