Thanksgiving Craft Ideas For The Whole Family [VIDEO]
Well Halloween is over and everyone is on to Christmas but what about Thanksgiving. We need to decorate for that holiday too. There are some great ideas out there, from table settings, mantle pieces, center pieces and just fun stuff for the kids to do. I found a couple of great ideas that I thought were really cute to share.
The table is where most of the Thanksgiving holiday activities happen. This is a fabulous little napkin ring idea using simple items you probably already have around the house. You need black and white paper, glue, tape, white doilies, and family photos. You cut and paste the paper to look like pilgrim outfits and glue and tape the family faces on each pilgrim for their personal napkin ring.

A cute edible project for your table are these mini cornucopia’s for each place setting. They are made using tortillas, small veggies (mini-corns, cherry tomatoes, English peas, baby pickles & carrots), toothpicks and dip or dressing. You cut the tortilla in half and roll each half into a cone shape then secure it with a toothpick and fill it with your tiny veggies.

This is another great idea that the kids can help with, Tiny Tom’s for the Table. You just need a few arts & craft items to make it happen. You need some felt squares, googly eyes, glue, pom poms, pipe cleaners and pine cones. These will look cute on the table or anywhere.
These are just a few great ideas that I found from the Disney Family Fun site. There are more great craft ideas, some taking just a few minutes that kids can help with to more time consuming and elaborate ideas for the craftier person. There are also some great recipe ideas too. And just like above there are how to videos as well.
Have fun decorating!
