The 2nd Annual Children's Arts and Literacy Festival (CALF) is coming to Downtown Abilene. The CALF is scheduled to begin with ArtWalk on June 13th and end on Fathers Day at the Abilene Zoo on June 16th. The 'John Wayne Film Festival' (JWFF) is returning to Snyder, Texas for the second year in a row. The festival is set for Labor Day weekend, August 31st through September 2nd. The historic Ritz Theater on the square in Snyder is where you'll see some of the Duke's most popular movies on the big screen.
