More Trouble For Lindsay Lohan — Actress Tests Positive for Alcohol, Ordered Back to Court
Maybe that rooftop barbeque wasn’t such a good idea. According to TMZ, troubled actress Lindsay Lohan is headed back to court Thursday after she tested positive last week for alcohol, a violation of her parole.
The report says that the 24-year-old ‘Mean Girls’ star failed one of two alcohol tests, one of which was administered right after her infamous rooftop party. Lohan did not test positive for drugs, however.
According to the report, the L.A. County Probation Department will request that Lohan be removed from house arrest and sent directly to jail.
Lohan was sentenced to house arrest in May after she was accused of stealing a $2,500 necklace from a California jewelry store.
