It’s Official, Kelly Clarkson is Going Country as She Debuts Her New Song “Tie It Up”

For a while there, some of us in the country music industry have wondered whether Miss Clarkson would be a country artist or move over to the pop-rock side. A couple of weeks ago Kelly Clarkson performed at the CMA Music Festival in Nashville,Tennessee further cementing her commitment to country music.  However, after listening to her new country song "Tie It Up", I am left wondering is she still riding the fence. While the song has country lyrics the music and delivery are very pop sounding.

Will Kelly Clarkson be another Taylor Swift and have two versions of every song, one for pop and one for country? Only time will tell. Here's the new single, you be the judge.
