Emma Stone received the Trailblazer award at the 2012 MTV Movie Awards earlier this evening. In this video her colleagues praise her with kind words, but the sentiment quickly (and hilariously) reverses.

Emma Stone has made some excellent career choices over the last few years, including roles in ‘Easy A,’ ‘Crazy Stupid Love,’ ‘The Help,’ and the upcoming ‘Spider-Man‘ reboot. MTV, like the rest of us, has taken notice of her quick rise and well-earned success, so they grabbed a few of her peers to praise their fellow star.

Jim Carrey, Steve Carrell, Jason Sudeikis, Anna Faris, Mila Kunis, and Octavia Spencer start off by talking about how much they admire Stone. Well, except for Anna Faris, who fawns over Sharon Stone before being reminded she co-starred with Emma Stone in ‘The House Bunny.’ Carrey plays up the stalker angle as a nod to the YouTube video he released professing his love for the young leading lady.

But halfway through the interview, things take a darker turn as everyone turns on Stone by making up stories about how horrible she is. Check out the video below, courtesy of MTV.
