Blake Shelton’s Hilarious Response to Keith Urban Wanting to Hire Someone to Beat Him Up: ‘That Guy Better Pack a Lunch’

Things got interesting for Blake Shelton in a recent Access Hollywood interview when it was brought up that fellow country star Keith Urban had said he wants to hire somebody to kick his but was offered. Shelton responded to this nonsense with, well, more nonsense, making for a hilariously entertaining conversation.

Not long ago, Urban joked that he would have to hire someone to fight Shelton, since Blake is a lot bigger than him. Access Hollywood went to Shelton to get his response to the notion, and Blake quickly snapped, "That Guy Better Pack a Lunch.". He then went on to make fun of Keith's hair, and pointed out that Urban doesn't have enough money to hire someone to take him out. Later in the interview, Shelton backed off, saying "I gotta get along with Keith the next few months because he's doing a duet with my wife [Miranda Lambert]". Check it out:

Shelton(The Voice) and Urban(American Idol) already have opposing TV shows, but this interview clip makes it clear that there is no animosity between the two.

Last year Blake got into a very real war of words with X-Factor judge and co-creator Simon Cowell, which makes this fake spat all the more amusing. It's nice to know that some people can get along, and let's hope it stays that way.
