Toddler Spends 4 Hours Locked In Bank Vault
A 2 year old little girl was at a Georgia bank with her mom and grandmother when she wandered off and was accidentally locked in the vault.I don't know how you don't realize your 2 year old has wandered off and I'm still not sure how she found her way to the fault but it happened. The baby did need a diaper change but other than that she was fine after spending 4 hours locked in the vault. The vault was on a timer and couldn't be opened they pumped in fresh air but little else could be done until a locksmith was called in. Guess they will double check the vault from now on just in case there might be a toddler in there.
Conyers Police Chief Gene Wilson told reporters it was a "very tense scene" as authorities stood by along with the relatives, and rescue workers pumped fresh airinto vents leading to the vault.
