The Grace Museum in Abilene is Hosting a Valentine Vendor Fair Saturday February 9th
The 3rd annual 'Valentine Vendor Fair' shopping extravaganza will be held at the Grace Museum this Saturday, February 9th. This is an great time to get those hard to buy for people in your life some unique one-of-a-kind gift items. Artisans from around West Texas will set up shop to vend their arts inside the Grace this Saturday starting at 10 AM. They say that "love is in the air at the Grace." What kinds of goods will you find at this years 'Vendor Fair?'
Janeene Kerley, who heads the event committee, promises that many of the popular vendors from last year’s fair will be present this year. Offerings will include exquisite handmade soaps, a variety of lovely lavender products, beautiful purses, scarves, belts, and a great variety of one-of-a-kind gifts. Individual tickets for the all-day event are only $10 this ticket also provides free admission into The Grace Museum.

This annual 'Valentine Vendor Fair' is a special shopping event and major fundraiser produced by Los Aficionados to benefit The Grace Museum. Los Aficionados, are the museum’s active volunteer guild.

The Grace Museum is a 55,000 square feet, facility and is the tenth largest general museum in Texas. It is also the cornerstone of cultural arts and education in West Texas. The Grace Museum is a non-profit organization, and the museum’s exhibitions and educational programs are supported in part by grants from the National Endowment for the Arts, the Texas Commission on the Arts, the Abilene Cultural Affairs Council, the City of Abilene, Taylor County, and the Downtown Revitalization Program of the Tax Increment Finance District. The Grace Museum is open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday, and from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. every Thursday. Admission is free Thursday evening after 5 p.m.
