So when my friend Faron Bell and Jerry Don Black at Blue Bell told me about their brand-new flavor, I didn’t just get excited, I went 110% crazy in the studio, because one of my favorite desserts in the whole wide world is a Brookie.

What a Brookie really is is a brownie and a chocolate chip cookie combined.

Let me introduce you to my, your, our next sweet obsession. Meet my new love, the Infamous Brookie À La Mode Ice Cream. This is where my friends at Blue Bell took it to the next level.

Blue Bell’s new Brookie À La Mode Ice Cream starts with a smooth vanilla brown sugar ice cream base, then loads it up with chunks of brownies and soft chocolate chip cookie pieces. Every bite is like digging into three desserts at once.

And I’ll tell you this from personal experience, my favorite treat has always been a warm brookie with a hot cup of coffee. Now? Blue Bell just made it easier, no baking required.
