You spent the day in the sun and now you have a sunburn. You're in luck, here are some remedies to help with the pain and healing.

It's vacation time, everyone is at the pool, lake, at picnics or just outside in general during the summer.  Being outside usually leads to at least one sunburn during the summer.  I'm very fair "Irish" skinned, so I burn easily and often.  I've used a few of these home remedies myself, some are new to me but I will definitely try them the next time I get a sunburn.
