Paramount no doubt figured they might as well take advantage of his name trending on Twitter and release the trailer for Allied. Or the trailer release was scheduled for today all along, in which case it would be quite a coincidence.

Wouldn’t something along the lines of Space Man from Pluto have a smoother flow, make more sense to audiences, and convey what the movie’s actually about much more succinctly?

Though the latest round of Young Adult adaptations have mostly been misses ('Beautiful Creatures,' 'The Host,' 'The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones'), the success of the 'Twilight' and 'Harry Potter' adaptations means that Hollywood will keep returning to that well. Now the genre could produce its biggest (or at least most prestigious) title yet: Oscar winner Robert Zemeckis is in talks to helm
