The man in the blue hooded sweatshirt is an off duty police officer hanging out with a few friends at a convenience store. When an armed robber takes one of the men at gun point and begins to rob him. The other men throw their hands in the air and begin to back up. The off duty police officer does the same, all the while drawing his weapon and shooting the robber in the face at point black range.
