Global Samaritan Resources (GSR) Executive Director Danny Sims announced that former Secretary of State, Dr. Condoleezza Rice will be their featured speaker for their annual Fall benefit fundraiser. Unlike past GSR fundraisers, this will not be a dinner event but rather a lecture and discussion. According to Sims the lecture will makes it more affordable for students and military.
