Sherrie Austin made her foray into country music in the '90's and then faded away like many artists do. However, Sherrie is making a comeback with a new album called "Circus Girl".

The Australian born Austin made her first public appearances in the US as an actress not a singer. Those of you who grew up in the 80's might remember her from The Facts of Life, she played Pippa McKenna on the show and was only 17 at the time.

Sherrie had a few hits in the 90's such as "Streets of Heaven", "Never Been Kissed" and "Lucky In Love". Now she's older, wiser and has a brand new album out that speaks to women about real emotions and real problems we encounter, but also has plenty of humor.

We might not have seen much of Sherrie lately but that doesn't mean she hasn't been working. She is not only a singer but also a songwriter. Blake Shelton even recorded one of her songs for his album.

To see all the latest that Sherrie is up to check out her website and Facebook pages.
