NFL And Movie Star Bubba Smith Dead [VIDEO]

I didn't really know Bubba Smith from football, but I did know him from the Police Academy movies. My brother and I would sit and laugh so hard watching those movies. Bubba was a big, big guy but seemed to have a quite presence about him. He was found dead at his home yesterday at the age of 66.

Smith was an NFL great playing for the Baltimore Colts, Oakland Raiders and the Houston Oilers. He even won a Super Bowl ring as part of the Colts team winning Super Bowl V.

The 6'7'' defensive end played for Michigan State before heading to the NFL and then moved on to movie stardom playing Moses Hightower in 6 of the Police Academy movies.

Smith was found dead at his home yesterday, no foul play is expected, seems to have been natural causes. He was 66.
