New Movie “Something Borrowed”[VIDEO]

I don't go to movies very often but there is one that I really want to see. However, my dilemma is do I read the book first or just go see the movie? The movie is "Something Borrowed" with Kate Hudson and Ginnifer Goodwin.
The movie is based on the book by the same title written by Emily Giffin. She has a series of books out, none of which I've read. I usually like to read thriller, crime, suspense type books and Giffin's books are none of the above. This is the tale of two friends in love with the same man, who will win? The girl who always gets what she wants or the girl who really loves and deserves the guy of her dreams!
