TTU Soccer Kicks Off This Thursday: Here’s the Full Schedule

Texas Tech Women's Soccer prepares for a brand new season this week after a great run last year. Here's the schedule for the upcoming season and how they fared last year on the pitch.

2026 Season Schedule

The women's soccer team gears up to face New Mexico in an exhibition match on Thursday, August 6, at John Walker Soccer Complex here in Lubbock.

Up next is the Outrigger Soccer Kickoff hosted by the University of Hawai'i. This happens on Thursday, August 13, when Texas Tech travels to Manoa on the island of O'ahu for a two-game event. The second match will be against Seattle on Sunday, August 16 in Hawai'i.

It's back to the mainland on August 23rd where Texas Tech is back in Lubbock hosting Boise State.

The regular season will end with a November 5th away game against Kansas before the Big 12 Tournament kicks off beginning November 9. Tournament game details, along with the full 2026 schedule, can all be found at the Texas Tech Athletics website.

Texas Tech Soccer's Previous Season

Texas Tech's 2025 season ended with 14 overall wins and just two losses. Just slightly off from the 2024 season with 15 wins and five losses.

After starting the season with a four-game win streak, Tech made it all the way to the Big 12 Championship last year, but were sent home after Baylor advanced on penalty kicks to close out the season.
