There’s just something about the Outlaws & Legends Music Festival that hits different every single year. Maybe it’s the Texas wind, maybe it’s the smell of barbecue and cold beer floating through the air, or maybe it’s just thousands of music fans all showing up for one massive weekend on the Backporch of Texas.

Either way, 2026 delivered again.

From the second the gates opened, the energy was unreal. 92.5 The Ranch was out there the entire weekend hanging with listeners, catching up with artists, soaking in the atmosphere, and honestly just trying to survive two straight days of incredible music and Texas-sized partying.

Two Days Packed With Texas Music Legends

This year’s lineup absolutely stacked the deck with talent. Fans got performances from artists across Texas country, Red Dirt, Southern rock, and outlaw country, all bringing their own flavor to the stage.

And of course, seeing ZZ Top headline the festival was one of those “yep, this is legendary” moments. Watching that crowd light up during their set was something special.

But honestly, that’s what makes Outlaws and Legends so great every year. It’s not just one artist. It’s the entire experience. One minute you’re catching a massive headlining act, the next you’re discovering your new favorite Texas artist while standing next to somebody holding a fajita and a beer.

Huge thanks again to Mark Powell for having us back out there again. The entire crew behind this festival always makes everybody feel like family, and you can tell how much work goes into making this thing happen every year.

Also, massive shoutout to Monica Weatherly Photography for capturing some absolutely killer shots from the weekend. The two galleries below are packed with incredible live performance moments from across both days of the festival, and honestly, these photos bring the whole experience right back to life.

If you were there, there’s a good chance you’ll spot yourself somewhere in the crowd looking sunburned, happy, and probably holding a drink.

And if you missed it? Well…you might wanna start making plans for Outlaws & Legends 2027 now.
