The Abilene Police Department has a long and proud history of protecting our city. Over the years, several officers have made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty. Their stories deserve to be remembered, not just as headlines, but as real people who gave everything for their community.

Remembering the Heroes
From the early 1900s to modern times, Abilene has mourned the loss of officers who died in service.
