USA Today has released their list of the top cities to live in the Lone Star State. They ranked 52 cities in Texas using 18 different metrics including affordability, quality of life, and more.

As you'll see in their findings, the smaller communities like where I live in Abilene or Cedar Park ranked high on the list while bigger cities like Houston and Dallas ranked lower because of crime rates and cost of living.

Their report also shows that Texas gained over 122,000 more residents making it the second state with the highest gain in population.
