For the first time in its history, the Houston FBI Field Office has released its own Top 10 Most Wanted Fugitives List. The list is part of the FBI’s nationwide “Summer Heat” campaign to crack down on violent crime, with the goal of taking the region’s most dangerous criminals off the streets.

While most fugitives have rewards of $5,000 to $10,000, the top name on the list, Christian Xavier Rucker, carries an unprecedented $50,000 reward.
