Chance Anderson stopped by the KEAN 105 studios a few months ago on a promotional tour for his single, 'Would it Kill You to Kiss Me'. I suppose we didn't do anything to scare Chance away, so he came back to visit with us again, and brought some band members with him this time.

In the first part of our conversation, Chance introduced his bass player, Eric Wulz and guitarist, Dwight Hamlin. He also "I've been at it for a long time...We all hooked up about 5 or 6 years ago, and this is kind of our second project, and our first project that we've really put a lot of effort into, and really kinda got things rolling." Anderson explains that music is what he's been wanting to do for a long time, as he tells us, "Ever since I was 15, 16, 17, this is what I've wanted to do. You know, I've watched other guys go do radio stuff and go play these shows at these venues that I've always wanted to play, and so we're kind of breaking into that deal and getting to do those kind of things, so we're having a great time, man. Just feel really fortunate to be where we're at."

Chance, Eric and Dwight also did us the favor of playing their first single, 'Would it Kill You to Kiss Me' live in studio. Take a listen here:

In part two of our conversation, Chance gave us some details about the new album he's working on. He tells us, "We're in the process of recording a new record right now. We've been writing as a band and it's been really neat to record this new record. We're up there with Mike McClure at his house. At 'The Boo Hatch' is what he calls it...it's been awesome to work with him...it's pretty cool because we just got into the studio with him a few weeks ago, and we just kinda went in there and did what we're doing live. And it's just sounding really cool, and we're super excited about it." While there's no timeline on a release date for the new CD, there's no lack of anticipation to share the new music with their fans. Take a listen to part 2 of my conversation with Chance:
