Big Country Veteran Appreciation Feast Honors Service Members on November 5
The Taylor County Veterans Services Office will honor Abilene veterans and their families at the Big Country Veterans Appreciation Feast on Friday, November 5, 2021, in the Round Building of the Taylor County Expo Center (1700 TX-36 in Abilene).
The barbecue meal will be accompanied by live music. The Taylor County Veterans Services Office will present up-to-date information on benefits for veterans and their families, and other local exhibitors will have informational displays set up in the Round Building.
Do you need tickets for the Big Country Veterans Appreciation Feast?
FREE tickets for veterans and their families must be reserved for the Veterans Appreciation Feast. You can pick them up at any of the following locations:

The Taylor County Veterans Office serves military veterans, surviving spouses, children, and parents of eligible veterans in the Abilene area by advocating for service members and their families. They provide care and resources by preparing, submitting, and presenting all claims to benefits, and promote recognition for veterans within the community. They also ensure those well-deserved benefits are received by administering additional programs and anticipating the future needs of veterans.
