The 13th Annual Big Country Swap Meet Moves to the Abilene Convention Center

The Big Country Swap Meet, one of West Texas' top automotive swap meets, is back for its 13th year, now at a new location! Mark your calendars for March 28th and 29th, 2025, this incredible EVENT HAS NOW MOVED to the Northwest parking lot of the Abilene Convention Center at North 8th and Cedar Street or better yet at 1100 N. 6th Street Abilene, Texas.

This two-day swap meet is a must-visit for auto enthusiasts, collectors, and anyone searching for rare car parts, memorabilia, and more. Whether you're into hot rods, muscle cars, classic trucks, motorcycles, or race cars, you’ll find plenty to explore.

• Time: Gates open at 7:30 AM and close at 7 PM each day
• Admission: FREE for shoppers

Vendor Space Available Pricing & Registration

Secure your vendor space early to save. Vendors can still reserve 10x20 spaces (larger options are available for RVs). Vendors must sign up early prior to the event and one can visit the Big Country Swap Meet.com website or call Randy Young at 512-944-6201 (please no calls after 7 PM).

• Pre-Registration (Before Deadline): $35 per 10' x 20' space
• Late Registration or On-Site Registration: $40 per space
• Bulk Discount: $30 per space when purchasing 5+ spaces (pre-registration)
• Bulk Late Registration: $35 per space for 5+ spaces after the deadline

1. Friday: 7:30 AM – 7 PM
2. Saturday: 7:30 AM – Noon

With an all-weather concrete surface, you won’t have to worry about mud, and the convenient location is close to restaurants and hotels. Vendors should enter from 8th Street via Pine Street.
