Guillermo del Toro is one of the busiest men in Hollywood, working on everything from his horror film 'Crimson Peak' to 'Pacific Rim 2' to even conceiving scripts for projects not officially signed off on, like his 'Justice League Dark.' Now, the master of the fantastical is developing a new 'Silent Hill' video game, called Silent Hills, and 'The Walking Dead' heartthrob Norman Reedus is leading the charge.

Sony made the announcement of Reedus' involvement at the Gamescon conference in Germany, while simultaneously releasing a special teaser for Playstation players to download, titled P.T. The video, available through the Playstation Store, is one hour and 16 minutes (and if you care to watch the whole thing, click on over to Twitch), but mixed in there is the segment shown above, of Reedus' dreamy-eyed avatar walking down a dark and desolate street.

Gamers have known for some time that some sort of 'Silent Hill' fair would be coming to Playstation -- remember that other incredibly creepy teaser video where test players screamed bloody freaking murder? -- but seeing Guillermo del Toro and Norman Reedus attached, with the latter both lending his voice and his likeness to the lead character, is something all horror fans can enjoy.

Catch up with Reedus on 'The Walking Dead' in our SPOILERY video below.
