Toby Keith just released details on his upcoming "Oklahoma Twister Relief Concert" to benefit everyone that was affected by the deadly tornadoes that hit Oklahoma in May. Toby won't be alone in this fundraising effort, he'll be joined by a host of superstar friends like Garth Brooks, Willie Nelson, Trisha Yearwood and Ronnie Dunn.
