May 5, 2011 Best Places in Abilene to Take Mom on Mother’s Day. Now please keep in mind my mother went to be with the Lord several months ago, so I'm having a difficult time with this, but I think I'm best suited to do this because I just wished I could go to my moms home tell her how much I love her, bring her another card, deliver the flowers (she always told me to give her flowers while she was still alive so she could enjoy them) and I would thank her for everything and then whisk her off to a day of "Mom Time".
