FDA Approves Miracle ‘Blowfish’ Hangover Cure

If you’ve got a hangover, ditch the old-school remedies — the FDA has finally weighed in with an approved over-the-counter drug called Blowfish.

So what’s in the magical elixir? A thousand milligrams of aspirin, 120 milligrams of caffeine and a stomach-soothing agent. Drop two of the dissolving tablets in water, Alka-Seltzer style, chug it all down, and you’ll reportedly feel human again in as little as 15 minutes.

Brenna Haysom, the lovely and benevolent woman who created the life-giving potion, said it came from personal experience, adding, “The magic of the effervescent tablet is that it hits your system much faster than getting a cup of coffee, taking an antacid and taking some aspirin separately … This gets you functioning again quickly.” She forgot to add that you should take it with a nice, greasy plate of eggs and a bloody Mary.
