Raise your hand if you love summer. We're assuming there was just a collective "aww yeah!" among you, because seriously-- who doesn't enjoy lemonade and Slip N' Slides and hanging your head out the window? But we can't forget the tastiest way to celebrate the season-- ice cream. And lots of it.
If you've never heard of parkour, it's basically when someone jumps and swings and flips on things like brick walls, cement steps and metal railings. Crazy, right? And people only use their superhuman skills to pull off these stunts; no equipment is allowed.
Here at TheFW, we have a special talent for scoping out all things adorable. You know, like moths and little Darth Vaders. It's the sort of stuff that just brightens the heck out of our days. Today we'd like to share with you another find that fits this bill-- cute porcupines.
Just like going down the playground slide is a fun (and sometimes painful) way to revisit childhood, so to are swings. The thing about swings, though, is there's a risk factor involved from the get-go. You know that game where you swing and swing and then try to jump off and go really far? Or the one where you try to go super high? Sure it's fun stuff, but we have two words for you: fail central.
Attention everyone: the lady who launched Prancercise, the internet's favorite new exercise craze, is back. That's right folks-- horse fanatic Joanna Rohrback is now on Twitter, where we can learn important tips on how to live the Prancercise lifestyle.
Recently we've been discussing the best things about summer, like Slip N' Slides and lemonade. OH yes. But with the good obviously comes the bad, and in this case, the really bad. Brace yourself folks, because we've scoped out some pretty awful sunburn fails we never want to experience. Oof.
It doesn't matter which way we spin it; breaking up stinks. (Unless, of course, you're the breaker-upper, in which case it's like a cause for celebration.) Either way, cutting the relationship cord has gotten a bit easier ever since text messaging hit the scene. As it turns out, break up texts can be hilarious.
It's no secret getting a job these days is pretty tough. So that's why it's more important than ever to stand out from the rest of your peers, and we're not just talking clever resumes. See, going the creative route on actual job applications is another solid way to guarantee you'll get noticed, whether it be going overly positive or just plain hilarious (we prefer the latter).
Got any Memorial Day plans? Maybe you’re heading to a parade and dressing up in those American flag shorts (guilty). Or perhaps heading to the public pool to kick off swimming season is more your style. Whatever you do, there’s one Memorial Day staple that all Americans must experience on Monday— the BBQ.
