Country Radio Seminar (CRS) officials have announced which country music newcomers will show off their talents as the CRS 2014 New Faces of Country Music Show performers.

The 2014 performers are Brett Eldredge, Tyler Farr, Cassadee Pope, Thomas Rhett and Charlie Worsham -- a talented crew of up-and-coming country stars. Each of the artists will take the stage on Friday, Feb. 21, 2014 at the Nashville Convention Center for radio programmers and key industry personnel.

Dinner tickets are already sold out, though seating admission is still available here.

This annual industry event takes place during the Country Radio Seminar -- the new artist showcase event officially closes out the three-day seminar and remains one of the most anticipated performances each year at CRS. Often, newer country acts are overshadowed by the biggest, most successful country artists at other events, but CRS is a place where newcomers can shine.

Eligible acts must have had at least one top 25 single on the Mediabase Country chart (as published on Country Aircheck) or at least one top 25 single on the R&R Country chart during the qualification period, among other criteria. Since this is a radio-focused event, any full-time employee at a radio stations may vote.

Last year's finalists included Brantley Gilbert, Kip Moore, Jana Kramer, Easton Corbin and Florida Georgia Line -- all artists that the country music industry has seen huge growth from in the past year. Hopefully, next year's performers will also continue to see their music endeavors succeed as 2014 begins.
