Watch Violent Collision Between Yadier Molina and Josh Harrison [VIDEO]

If you have ever thought that baseball can’t be a violent sport sometimes, then you might want to rethink that.  Check out this video of St. Louis Cardinals catcher Yadier Molina getting run over by Pittsburgh Pirates second baseman Josh Harrison in one heck of a collision.

The play happened in the second inning when the Pirates’ Josh Harrison was running the bases. Jose Tabata lined a ball to the outfield, and the throw one hopped into Molina who made a great play on the ball.  Harrison, who was full steam ahead, plowed into Molina who had turned to tag him.

Molina never dropped the ball.

Yadier Molina Gets Hammered by Josh Harrison

Molina suffered minor injuries and a concussion was ruled out. That’s one tough dude.
