This adorable little girl has one of the funniest and most memorable phone conversations with her dad in this video. Apparently the toddler is staying with her aunt Ashley, by what I gathered from the phone conversation. This is too cute because the little girl has plenty to say, check it out.

Currently, 10 states and the District of Columbia ban any cell phone use while operating a motor vehicle. According to a new survey from AutoTrader.com, though, most people would be okay if this restriction spread to the rest of the country.
