Yesterday was not a happy day for Marion Ross, Anson Williams, Donny Most or Erin Moran. A judge in California threw out the fraud portion of the lawsuit that the former ‘Happy Days’ stars filed against CBS. The lawsuit will continue with the breach of contract claim.

I grew up watching Happy Days, love, love, love the show. Now I'm buying the DVD's. They just don't make sitcoms like they used to and I miss the innocence of the show. The star of the the show was supposed to be Richie Cunningham but the "Fonz" was really became the star. Now one of the motorcycles that appeared in the show will heading to auction.
