Is Kim Kardashian Divorcing Kris Humphries Already?

After a media spectacle of a wedding that took place just over two months ago, TMZ is now reporting that reality star Kim Kardashian will file for divorce from her husband, NBA player Kris Humphries, sometime on Monday.

Kardashian has reportedly hired divorce-lawyer-to-the-stars Laura Wasser, whose past client roster includes Britney Spears, Maria Shriver, Angelina Jolie and Ryan Reynolds.

Although the marriage only lasted a scant 72 days, Kardashian won’t seek an annulment but rather a standard “irreconcilable differences” divorce, and will ask that the conditions of the couple’s prenuptial agreement be upheld.

Kardashian and Humphries were married August 20 in a lavish, multi-million-dollar wedding that was chronicled on the reality show ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ earlier this month.
